Overnight Networks Warranty 

We provide one-year warranty on all of our product from the date of the purchase. This warranty is provided for end-user customers only. Wholesales customers please contact your sales representative for applicable warranty.

Overnight Networks RMA Policy

Overnight Networks will replace non-working / defective product if the following conditions are met:
  • Client follows the requisite procedures described below (see "Procedures: Returns of Working Product").
  • Client returns product within one year from the original date of purchase.
  • Client returns product in the condition in which it was delivered (all product received otherwise will not be accepted).

To ensure your matter is handled properly, please note the following policies:

  • Defective product must be returned to / received by Overnight Networks  within 14 calendar days upon receipt of a replacement product, or it will not be accepted by Overnight Networks.
  • If defective product is not returned to / received by Overnight Networks within 14 calendar days, the client will be charged the full purchase price of both the defective product and the replacement product. 
  • Client will be issued a refund at the sole discretion of Overnight Networks if an item cannot be replaced in a timely manner.
